According to a breaking exposé from Robby Starbuck, Guatemalan officials associated with the Guatemalan AG and the secretary general of Guatemala’s Public Ministry raided a well-known Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) called Save the Children. Starbuck believes this could be, “the single largest untold scandal of the Biden administration. It would mean that an organization tied to the Biden family, one that was supposed to combat human trafficking, has been enabling it.”
The April 25, 2024 raid came a week after Guatemalan Secretary-General Angel Pineda wrote a letter to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asking for support to address allegations that Save the Children “could be participating in child trafficking operations.” Save the Children Guatemala has been operating in Guatemala since 1976. Several other organizations were also named in the letter.
The Special Prosecutors Office down in Guatemala just raided the Save The Children NGO. This comes shortly after warnings from Guatemala’s AG office that NGO’s are trafficking kids through the US border.

The complaint against Save the Children was filed by a person who claimed Guatemalan children were being abused at shelters in Texas, according to Juan Luis Pantaleón, a spokesman for the Public Ministry. Rafael Curruchiche, the new anti-corruption prosecutor named by Attorney General Consuelo Porras to investigate the case, said the purpose of the raid was to investigate a transnational matter “of great importance” involving the alleged abuse of children. Save the Children Guatemala denies the allegations of misconduct. The probe is ongoing.
Starbucks Interviews Pineda
As a part of his investigation, Starbuck tells viewers he did the very thing it seems the Biden administration did not want the media to do. He interviewed Angel Pineda, one of the two officials the Biden administration recently designated as corrupt.
During the interview, Starbuck asked Pineda about the “possible role the Biden administration has in enabling child trafficking or worse.” Starbuck tells viewers that just before the interview, the U.S. embassy allegedly warned Pineda not to do the interview. “Days before the interview took place,” says Starbuck, “The secretary general says he was warned by someone connected to the U.S. embassy that he was ‘playing with fire’ by taking part in the interview.” The 45-minute interview with Pineda is shown in full in Starbuck’s exposé.
In the interview, Pineda appeared to be hesitant to draw firm conclusions about the allegations or the Biden administration’s motives. However, Pineda confirmed both the necessity for the raid and his wish to get to the bottom of the alleged abuse of children in the Texas shelter. He stated it is very “important that this claim be investigated,” citing recent reports of 85,000 missing alien children here in the U.S. Pineda continued, “This is a theme and an issue we have to work together as a region. We cannot continue to shut our eyes to the problem. NGOs from the region are allowing this” (child trafficking).
Pineda also stated he was not aware of the Biden family’s association with Save the Children. However, he alluded to a lack of cooperation on the part of the U.S., confirming its interference in Guatemalan affairs that could indeed shut down efforts to investigate the allegations of misconduct with minors.
Dejà Vu: Biden Influence Peddling Again?
The other official designated by the Biden administration as corrupt was Attorney General Consuelo Porras. Starbuck points out that the tactics being used against Guatemalan prosecutors seem uncannily reminiscent of Biden’s interactions with highly influential officials in Ukraine in 2016. Starbuck explains:
When Joe Biden pressured Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor (Viktor Shokin) in Ukraine in 2016, it was clear what his goal was. He wanted to take the heat off the Biden family’s overseas influence-peddling operation, which was caught up in that prosecutors probe publicly. Of course, Joe Biden didn’t admit that, though.” Starbuck continued, “Instead, he claimed that Ukraine’s prosecutor was just guilty of corruption. That was the cover story. Joe Biden was supposedly an international crime fighter determined to clean up the governments of foreign countries. And as part of this anti-corruption crusade, Ukraine’s prosecutor just had to go. They had to be terminated.“
“Less than a decade later, a similar narrative is now playing out once again” said Starbuck, “Except this time it’s happening much closer to home, in Guatemala. The Biden administration is publicly declaring the Guatemalan Attorney General (Porros), as well as the Secretary General of Guatemala’s Public Ministry (Pineda), are involved in significant corruption. They’re so corrupt, in fact, that they’re not even allowed to enter the United States or the European Union. These are very bad, people were told, just like the Ukrainian prosecutor.”
“And just as we saw in Ukraine,” Starbuck added, “There are clear signs this pressure campaign is working. Guatemala’s Public ministry has just issued a statement warning that the president of Guatemala may take imminent action to ‘unconstitutionally remove the Attorney General of Guatemala and the Chief of the Public Ministry.‘ Whatever is about to happen in Guatemala, it seems obvious that the Biden administration is involved in some way.
As evidence of potential coordination with Guatemalan authorities, Starbuck highlighted Secretary Blinkin’s recent travel to Guatemala to meet with senior officials. In addition, President Biden hosted President Arèvalo of Guatemala at the White House in late March. Notably, Arèvalo has called for Porros’ resignation but Porros has refused to resign.

President Arévalo recently stated, “[Porras’ resignation] is necessary and we will continue working toward it,” but admitted that he needs more national allies: “There must be an exit ramp in Guatemalan legislation, and it requires general [political] support.”
Starbuck believes the intimidation tactics, the NGO raid, the recent meetings with the President, and the allegations of corruption from the Biden administration of top Guatemalan officials whose job it is to investigate the NGOs make it plausible to speculate that Biden may again be meddling in foreign affairs to benefit himself or his administration.
Starbuck wonders whether this is merely another attempt by the Biden family to promote its own interests and not the interests of innocent children. Starbuck also asks why the Biden administration would suddenly attempt to “silence the attorney general of Guatemala?” just after the Guatemalan AG decides to raid an NGO that has been associated with the Bidens.
Children Trafficked by NGOs with Tax Payer Dollars?
Save the Children is extremely well-connected to prominent figures. The nonprofit is also heavily funded with American tax dollars. According to Starbuck, Save the Children has received over $21 million in grant funding for its work in Guatemala since 2021. Most of the funding comes from USAID and the U.S. State Department. The U.S. gave over $571 million to Guatemala during the same period.
The US government has funded an NGO that was just raided over child trafficking. This NGO used to have Jill Biden as their chair. You’d think this would be a bigger story… I’ll have more on this story in the coming weeks! https://t.co/aslty9lUSz

In 2017, First Lady Jill Biden was named board chair of the Save the Children humanitarian non-profit focusing on children’s health, education, and safety. She no longer serves on the board. The organization is also connected with numerous well-known public figures including Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger. Hillary Clinton was honored by the Save the Children Foundation in 2013.
NGOs like Save the Children incentivize migration to the U.S. in myriad ways and are partially responsible for the massive influx of illegals across the southern U.S. border. Many of those individuals are vulnerable Unaccompanied Minors (UACs) whose transport and care are largely funded by your tax dollars.
Save the Children Guatemala and many other NGOs target alien adults and children, offering them cash assistance, counseling, and other services to support their often dangerous trek up through the Darien Gap to the southern border and beyond. In many cases, these alleged well-meaning NGOs cause unrelenting misery, especially to minor children who are too often victims of the cartels who traffick them for sex, cash, and cheap labor.
