Gender dysphoria is a condition in which a person feels incongruent with their biological sex, causing extreme psychological distress.[1] “Gender Affirming Care” is promoted as a lifesaving treatment. It involves social and medical transition: the patient dressing as the opposite sex while taking puberty blockers and/or cross-sex hormones to alter their physical features.
Studies have shown that 43-75% of adolescents with gender dysphoria have at least one type of psychiatric comorbidity.[2] “Gender Affirming Care” ignores many of these contributing factors to gender dysphoria [3], such as:

Decoding SEL – SEL fools a lot of parents but they’re the Trojan horse that brings in much of the indoctrination in schools.
This form was created by AJ DePriest and has been through several parent groups, city commission members, teachers, and many others around the country before finalizing.

The purpose of this Parental Authority Form is make crystal clear to schools what they CAN and CANNOT do with children who are under the jurisdiction of PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN. Each line item has a I DO CONSENT line to initial for those who give consent to schools to carry out each item. Each line item also has a I DO NOT CONSENT line to initial for those who DO NOT give consent to schools. There is also an N/A line item for each, in case it is not applicable.
You only need to complete the highlighted areas, sign and date, then provide to your principal. You should have your SCHOOL PRINCIPAL also sign and date to acknowledge receipt and understanding. And your SUPERINTENDENT should also sign and date their acknowledgement and understanding. There is also cc: at the bottom for your family attorney, if available.
Any changes you wish to make to the form, feel free to do so, as needed.
Sex Changes On Children are abusive, exploitive and the scientific studies indicate irreversible harm. We strongly reject the trending social push to normalize the medical mutilation and chemical castration of children’s bodies. Children cannot “consent”.

This letter is another option specifically for opting kids out of Sex Education, (as it used to be called) now disguised under different titles. “Family Life Education” is a commonly used curriculum title and the approach contains increasingly controversial material (abortion as birth control, masturbation, oral sex, how to engage sexually with the same sex, etc.).
This letter also includes language to opt your child out of mental health and socio-emotional screenings that may be conducted at the school. AGAIN, you will have to take an active role to research your state’s particular laws & code to support your request; but it is worth it.
You have the right to opt your child out of this curriculum and the overreach of public school systems. Make sure you know the laws in your state and then use the provided letter to customize for your needs.
